Intercom for Android does not collect any user related information. Intercom for Android does send anonymous information for statistics and error reporting.
Audio recording
IfA records audio to send it to other devices by Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The audio is not encrypted and may be sniffed by nearby devices but it is never sent to any other place for any other purpose.
Phone status and identity
IfA uses “Read phone status and identity” permission only to let know the app that a phone call is coming and stop recording until it ends. Any information is recorder, stored nor sent anywhere.
